Hold on to the handlebars and ride the most technical singles in Grand Bornand on this supervised escape through the Danay woods.
Danaymite Highlights:

What’s included:
- Supervision by a qualified instructor with experience in teaching mountain biking and DH (downhill mountain biking)
- Rental of an all-suspension electric mountain bike adapted to the Enduro practice.
- Adjustement of the bikes before starting
- Rental of protective gear: helmet, elbow pads, knee pads.
- First-aid kit (carried in the instructor bag).
- Mechanical assistance.

Description
This Danaymite guided tour is for sure dynamite! It is meant for sporty experienced mountain bike riders, on solid and technical singletracks in Le Danay mountain.
Program:
This tour is like Dynamite:
- Meeting and return point: Arav’e-Bike shop in Le Chinaillon. Arrive half an hour early.
- Adjustment depending on everyone’s weight and instructor explanations.
- The tour includes about 3H30 riding, depending on the level of the group.
Technical level : CONFIRMED to EXPERT
The downhill parts will be only in singletracks and narrow technical paths with more than 12% slope, while the ascents will be mostly on the road or by the Rosay cablecar. This route is therefore focused on descent and speed. An excellent level of leadership and commitment is required. Please make sure you are at the right level by consulting our level guide to enjoy the escape but also to avoid hurting yourself or delaying the group.
Physical level : SPORTS
We may use electric mountain bikes for this outing, but that’s not all. We will spend more than 2h30 on the saddle pedaling at a good pace with some steep climbs of more than 15%. After the effort, the comfort of the descent in singles specially marked for you.
Not included:
- The Marmotte Futée insurance for 3€ which covers you against the breakage of an item on your bike during the outing.
- Transport to the starting point.
- The liftpass for the Rosay gondola.
- Personnal insurance.
