Why should you need an instructor?
Choosing a guided tour allows you to discover the practice in the best conditions, in complete safety and also to improve quickly. It is to ensure that you ride on a trail, adapted to your level and in a friendly atmosphere.
Our bikes are checked, maintained and adjusted to your weight for maximum quality and safety.
Safety requires the right equipment. Our Supervised Escapes include the rental of a complete set of protective gear (helmet, gloves, elbow pads and knee pads).
Your instructor will explain everything you need to know to handle your bike properly, but breakage can happen. We recommend taking the Marmotte Futée damage insurance for 3€.
Are you a big group?
We organize your group escapes according to the desired theme. Sporting, gourmet or cultural, for a half-day, a day or a weekend, we will be able to answer your request. For groups of 6 or more, please visit our special Group Events page.

Our groups are composed by level so that everyone has a good time. Don’t hesitate to call us to discuss your level or to consult our level guide so that we can choose the best level together. If the level of the group is too different, we will suggest you to change the group or the schedule in order to ensure the safety and the satisfaction of all.
