Our job is Mountain Bike, and only Mountain Bike. So before every rental, we take the time to:
- Adjust the suspensions pressure (front and rear) to your weight (why have full-suspension bikes otherwise?) to ensure comfort and precise piloting.
- Adjust the tire pressure to your weight (for a better ground touch and contact)
- Adjust the height of your seat (so you will take confidence quicker and avoid knee pain)
Rental delivered to your home
You don’t want to start your tour from the Chinaillon? Then we will come to you! We deliver your bikes all around Grand Bornand on request (La Clusaz, Manigod, Thônes, Entremont, Le Reposoir). It is also possible if you want to book a private escape for you or your group, your instructor and your bikes move. 10€ per bike, Minimum 4 bikes.

Maintenance
Our bikes are checked, maintained and adjusted to your weight for maximum quality and safety.
Security
Safety requires the right equipment. Our prices include the helmet and gloves. We also rent lightweight and effective knee and elbow pads for adults and children.
Warranty
You can choose to subscribe to our damage insurance Marmotte Futée for 3 € a day. Don’t hesitate to read our guide to avoid damage and to get pricing information.

Yes, it is better to book in any period. Don’t take the risk of losing a great day of cycling. The reservation guarantees that you will get a bike of the right size.
Of course. Our office is closed during the week in the spring and fall, but we are always available by phone or email. Outside of weekends, please contact us at least 48 hours before your desire to escape. (delivery possible on the place of your choice, according to request)
Our bikes’ batteries are among the biggest of the market: from 625Wh to 750Wh on adults’ bikes. The battery life of your E-bike depends on many factors, including your route (distance and elevation change), the assistance mode you choose, your weight and your pedal pressure. Apart if you challenge yourself of a very long tour where you’ll have to take care on the battery life, you will have way enough power and battery. When you leave for your tour, you will be given information about the tour you want to do and the assistance mode to use in case of a longer ride.
Our Electric Mountain Bikes are new, very well taken care of are worth a minimum of 5000€. To guarantee their quality, we take a deposit of 1000€ by bank print.
